Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days. If your order requires customization it may take up-to 7 working days to dispatch. We work with the best shipping and logistics companies to deliver your products to you.Deliveries within India take 2-7 business days from day of dispatch depending upon the delivery destination. Estimated delivery time for international orders will only be shared after the orders have been booked with our courier service. Order processing and deliveries may be impacted due to holidays or lock-downs. In case we are expecting or experiencing delays with your order processing or deliveries, we will communicate the same to you along with all the information known to us at the time.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Delivery charge vary depending on the delivery destination, order value, weights and shipping speed selected. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is free for all orders above Rs.3000 within India. We charge a standard shipping fee of Rs. 100 for each order below Rs3000 within India. If you desire Express Shipping, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about the additional charges to your city.
Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking
A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be shared with you once your products are dispatched. You can track your shipment through the shipping partner’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lake Peace is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please ensure someone is there at the delivery address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted two times before the shipment is returned to our warehouse. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete address or wrong telephone number.
Lake Peace is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
